Job Details

Looking for childcare for my young children (10 month boy and 2. 5 year girl) that is still able to assist during sick days. I work from home and am available to step out and help during the rough moments but I do not hover. My working hours are 7:30-4 p.m.
I currently have a babysitter but they do not watch my children when they are sick, which simply does not work for us anymore. I am interested in having someone come on Fridays (so my children are accustomed to you) but also be willing to be a backup for when the sick days occur.
