May assemble and maintain patient charts; Responsible for making copies, answering phones, making appointments, and maintaining records; Maintains office inventory including ordering supplies and ensures office equipment is in good working order; Communicates with patients/residents, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient/resident care according to protocol
