Role Overview

The Clinical Marketing Specialist serves as the clinical and technical liaison between Mindray's distribution partners, field teams, and R&D. This role is vital for developing and executing impactful clinical marketing plans, providing expert training, managing clinical evaluations, and enhancing product positioning within Private Office, POC, and Radiology environments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative clinical marketing initiatives that showcase Mindray's ultrasound offerings across various distribution channels.
  • Offer clinical and technical expertise to partners, sales teams, and clients through engaging training programs, educational sessions, demos, and events.
  • Oversee clinical evaluations prior to product launches, gathering insightful feedback for product improvement.
  • Deliver top-notch clinical training to partners across the U.S. to ensure widespread adoption and proficient use of Mindray ultrasound systems.
  • Create impactful clinical content including white papers, presentations, and competitive analyses to support sales efforts.
  • Represent Mindray at major trade shows and events, demonstrating our solutions and emphasizing clinical advantages.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical influencers to support product validation and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to analyze competitive trends and refine product positioning.
  • Work closely with upstream teams and R&D to communicate North American clinical requirements and track enhancements.
  • Provide expert support for significant strategic sales initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a clinical, technical, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years in ultrasound marketing, clinical applications, or sales; an ultrasonography degree is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in clinical applications with a deep understanding of ultrasound workflows and market needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey clinical information clearly and professionally.
  • Proven interpersonal abilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, adept at managing several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable in a remote working environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with typical travel around 25%, increasing to 40% during key activities.
