Job Description - Overview

We are looking for an Arborist with previous on the job experience. Only experienced individuals with solid Tree Trimming experience need apply. This individual will be expected to use a variety of techniques to prune, trim, and remove branches from trees and should be familiar with a variety of tools to do the job effectively. The position is located at our company's corporate campus in Oklahoma City.

$20.15 Hr. START TIME: 6:00am, Mon-Fri. Work Schedule (Occasional Weekends As Necessary)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate an array of equipment to remove and dispose of unwanted branches.
• Experience using brush chippers, boom trucks, stump grinders, power saws and many others.
• Climb trees using climb hooks, belts and ladders in order to access the worksite.
• Some experience is needed in order to provide advice and guide maintenance routines.
• Supervise others using trimming tools to ensure they are being safe.
• Prune the top of trees to make them more visually pleasing to see.
• Inspect trees to see if there are any underlying issues, such as diseases or fungus growing.
• Ensure the worksite remains safe by loading up branches and other pieces of debris.

• Proficient with using wood chippers and chain saws.
• Prior experience pruning trees
• Leadership skills
• Valid state driver's license
• Excellent communication and organization skills
