About the Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Director of Employee Relations and Workforce Policies to lead our team. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can provide strategic guidance in the development and implementation of workplace policies and practices. You will manage a talented team of Employee Relations Managers, while actively engaging in complex investigations and resolving interpersonal conflicts within the workforce.
In this role, your commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism will be paramount. You will take charge of our global employee relations program, making informed decisions that drive continuous improvement in HR processes. The right candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations or as an HR business partner, and should hold a Bachelor's degree; a JD or advanced degree is a plus.
Your expertise in state and federal employment laws, coupled with your successful track record in policy development, will enable you to foster a positive work environment. You will also have the opportunity to lead project management initiatives related to M&A activities and organizational restructuring, making experience in these areas advantageous.
