Responsibilities

• Provide mobile notarial services, including witnessing signatures, administering oaths, certifying documents, and verifying authenticity.
• Meet clients at their preferred locations, ensure compliance with legal standards, and address inquiries while maintaining accurate records.
• Stay informed about relevant legal requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications / Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.
• Effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in mobile technology, integrity, and ongoing education.

$125.00$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
