About the Role

The Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer for Business Operations within its School of Nursing. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Dean and lead as a transformative executive, overseeing essential financial, administrative, and operational functions. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic guidance, managing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with policies, and optimizing resource use.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong preference for an advanced degree. You should bring at least 10 years of progressive administrative experience, particularly in financial and human resources management.

Your proven track record in financial oversight and strategic planning, combined with a solid background in a large organization, preferably within an academic or healthcare setting, will set you apart. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial, as is your ability to work effectively within a complex academic and business environment.

You will be tasked with leading and nurturing a high-performing team, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring that the School of Nursing's operations are aligned with its mission and strategic aims.
