Responsibilities

Your Role as an Assistant Director:

  • Collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children.
  • Lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities.
  • Help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive and contribute to a culture of excellence and customer service.
