The primary responsibility of the Groundskeeper involves the upkeep and grounds maintenance of all contracted properties to maintain and enhance curb appeal. This is not a supervisory role. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Punctual and dependable attendance. Operate equipment to maintain lawns such as mowers and trimmers to maintain lawn and grass, care for plants, trees, and shrubs. Cuts, rakes, and will provide routine clean-up to include removal of unwanted, dead or damaged trees and plants. Provides ground maintenance in all seasons. Responsible for snow and dirt removal from buildings, lots and sidewalks.
