Operational Oversight & Leadership: Manage 2030 physician practices, ensuring Office Managers meet expectations and practices operate efficiently, including billing, budgeting, and facility coordination. Physician Engagement & Communication: Maintain regular communication with physicians regarding financial performance, compensation, and contract terms; support new practices and coordinate marketing efforts. Billing & Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Physician Billing and Finance teams to monitor billing metrics, resolve A/ R issues, and ensure effective business office processes and training. Strategic Projects & Compliance: Lead enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., Epic PM, malpractice programs, Lean design), ensure policy compliance, and recommend improvements across practices.
