The Digital Media Specialist develops and implements strategic content plans across all digital platforms to support the Zoos marketing, revenue, and engagement goals. This role acts as the internal expert on digital trends, social analytics, and content performance, helping shape and elevate the Zoos voice in the online space. The Specialist collaborates with departments across the organization, leads influencer and partnership campaigns, and leads digital media interns with a focus on developing a robust and innovative digital presence.
