Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.Continuous Improvement Senior AssociateThe Continuous Improvement Senior Associate will work as part of a high-performance team within the Sales Operations organization, collaborating with all levels across the organization. They will be responsible for assisting in project execution and delivering meaningful results designed to increase efficiency, decrease waste and reduce opportunities for error. The successful candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves to achieve the desired results, e.g., facilitate meetings, create project plans, etc. The initial focus will be on working with our internal Sales Operations team, in addition to stakeholders supported by the team, to assist in identifying continuous process improvement opportunities and directly leading activities to help drive operational efficiencies. This position will support multiple projects, utilize data, as well as identify and mitigate risks to projects in a proactive manner. Fostering an environment of critical thinking along with identifying and engaging key business and technical resources is also required.Job ResponsibilitiesLeading/facilitating continuous process improvement workshops that will deliver measurable operational efficienciesDevelop and implement common standards/methodologies for opportunity identification, process design, solution delivery, value captureServes as a teacher, mentor and “doer” for ongoing continuous improvement activitiesServe as a role model in the application of continuous improvement principles and practicesDevelops project plans and leads projects related to process improvement initiativesCommunicates process improvement activities, status updates and return on investment to senior leadershipLeverages data and observational analysis to identify improvement opportunitiesDirects collection of data and supports data analysis. Prepares reports and assessments related to improvement opportunitiesProvide appropriate documentation to the operational sponsors, leaders and impacted StakeholdersExhibits a "can-do" attitude and takes responsibility to inspire changeDrives accountability of project participants and ensures deliverables are met on timeRequired SkillsSelf-starter that demonstrates the drive, determination, and perseverance to get things doneBuilds solid relationships with the team, internal stakeholders, and vendors in support of the businessDrives innovation utilizing new tools and re-engineers existing processesCultivates and maintains positive working relationships throughout the organizationAbility to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team under tight time constraints with multiple prioritiesCollaborates with all levels of the organizationExercises strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to craft messages appropriate for the targeted audienceAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of internal/external personnel and to prepare written materials and oral presentations for technical and non-technical audiences. Delegates tasks and manages expectations while overcoming obstacles to provide timely deliverablesQualifications & Experience3 – 5 years of experience in a continuous process improvement or business process optimization roleBachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent experienceHigh level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Visio requiredTableau and SQL experience preferredStrong analytical skills including data collection and synthesisIntermediate working knowledge of SharePoint desiredSalesforce CPQ experience requiredCertification (or certification in progress) in Lean or Six Sigma strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
