Federal Constructors Inc. is an Oklahoma based commercial General Contractor. We currently have new opportunities for experienced Superintendents / Field Managers in the Oklahoma City metro area and projects out of state.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Supervision of all field operations on assigned project

? Conduct Weekly Safety Meetings and Schedule Subcontractors

? Ensure that all trades maintain project schedule and safety procedures

? Identify critical path items and prepare 3 weeks schedule look-ahead.

? Maintain daily logs, timesheets and other field reports

? Develop rapport and maintain communication with project owner and all subcontractors

? Maintain daily communication with Project Management team

? Monitor and track expenses

Requirements:

? Minimum of 5 years experience. in Commercial or Federal Construction

? Proven track record of successful projects

? Demonstrated leadership ability – experience as a crew leader, foreman or Supt.

? Good verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications

? Above average planning and organizational skills

? Understanding of OSHA, Safety and First Aid procedures

? Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

? Experience with ProCore

? Able to drive, pass background check and drug test
