Join us as we strive to be The Most Trusted Partner for Health.The Infrastructure Engineer has a mid-level understanding of various components of IT infrastructure and how they work together to enable applications and support services. While technical specialization in server, compute, network, storage, data centers, communication services, data protection, and virtualization is common, Engineers are encouraged to gain moderate depth across multiple disciplines. They support senior engineers with implementation, automation, and maintenance activities, and provide feedback, recommendations, and documentation throughout the infrastructure lifecycle, supporting continuous process improvement within our IT Service Management discipline. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.Qualifications:2 years of relevant experience or an associate's degree in a related field required.Previous work experience with infrastructure specialization.Intermediate certifications such as RHCSA, CCNA, MCSA, VCP, VCAP, VCDX, CWNA, EMCSA, ACIS, CCP preferred, or 4 years of experience substituting for certification.ITIL certification within 6 months of hire.Effective communication skills in English (Verbal/Written).Infrastructure Engineer - Unified Communications:Experience with mobile telecommunications provisioning and troubleshooting.Experience with syslog and call detail records.Experience with telecommunications alarm management platforms and remote monitoring preferred.Knowledge of Ethernet, Internet Protocol, Routing, and QoS preferred.Responsibilities:Serve as escalation point for Tier 2 Operations, handling tickets and updating knowledge base articles.Install and configure systems per design specifications.Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and performance tuning of systems and hardware.Support the ITIL Service Transition process, ensuring proper documentation and training for new and modified services.Test and evaluate new technologies.Plan and implement software patches and upgrades.Monitor environment, assign tickets, and review support needs.Provide technical support and incident response 24/7.Conduct root cause analysis for failures impacting uptime or performance.Develop and support infrastructure performance and capacity reports.The Infrastructure Engineer reports to the Manager or Director of the department.This role may have additional physical or respiratory requirements.
