What you will do::
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams, including CDL drivers and delivery helpers, through training, performance monitoring, and evaluations
  • Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing protocols, partnering with the Regional Safety Manager, and ensuring timely incident reporting
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, distribution, inventory control, and material handling
  • Implement and enforce procedures that align with company guidelines to drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with management to resolve challenges, optimize layouts, and adjust inventory as needed
What you will bring::
  • Bachelor's degree, five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of both
  • Proven leadership experience in talent development, coaching, and guiding teams through change
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours to achieve goals
