Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Housing Consultant, located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Professional Housing Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their housing needs and providing guidance through the home buying process. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing client relationships, utilizing social media for marketing purposes, and providing expertise in affordable housing and real estate. Additionally, the consultant will handle sales management and work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

1. Sales and Sales Management skills
2. Experience in Real Estate and Affordable Housing
3. Proficiency in Social Media for marketing purposes
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Experience with manufactured and modular homes is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
