Heavy JNT currently has 2 “Luxruy” cannabis brands with products on the shelves across Oklahoma: “The HolyGoat CC,” an established and award-winning Oklahoma Rosin Brand, and “Heavymelta,” our home for premium, high-powered, full flower pre-rolls and blunts.

By avoiding cheap additives like distillate and terpenes, we create superior blunts and pre-rolls using nothing but exotic flower from The Holy Goat's pristine gardens.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The responsibilities include managing sales activities within a designated territory, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, training sales staff, and implementing sales strategies. Additionally, the individual will coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven sales and sales management experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in training and developing sales staff
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
