Edmond seeks a City Manager responsible for implementing policies, preparing financial plans, overseeing city departments, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role involves strategic planning, community engagement, and managing a $454 million budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, political science, or related field
• Master's preferred
• 10 years of related experience
• 5 years leadership experience preferred
• ICMA credentials preferred
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal services and operations
• Prepare financial plans
• Oversee departments and ensure regulatory compliance
• Communicate with Council, staff, and public
• Address community concerns and partner with organizations
• Advise Council and manage staff
