Position Responsibilities

  1. Implement multi-year business and profitable growth strategies for your district to deliver P&L AOP targets; manage financial performance and deliver commitments.
  2. Develop a strong understanding of the local marketplace and trends; identify sales opportunities and work with RVP on competitive strategy.
  3. Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to grow revenue and market share; develop and execute human capital strategies to enable business plans.

Leadership

  1. Lead district teams by providing clarity of vision, role modeling, coaching, and resource prioritization.
  2. Develop and execute talent management plans including assessment, selection, coaching, and retention; build succession plans.
  3. Cultivate employee engagement through communication, recognition, and development initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, and partners to execute the business plan.
  5. Use diverse communication strategies to align employees and foster understanding and commitment.
  6. Support diversity and inclusion objectives within the team.
  7. Drive speed and accountability through effective engagement.

Operations Management

  1. Manage operational excellence through process improvement, analytics, and financial planning, fostering a culture aligned with Everon's mission.
  2. Manage budgets and P&Ls; report on market health and performance; develop mitigation strategies for shortfalls.
  3. Partner with HR to develop technicians and implement employee relations strategies.
  4. Focus on customer experience, ensuring flawless service delivery.
  5. Ensure compliance with standards and ethical practices.
  6. Champion safety and environmental strategies to meet safety goals.
  7. Ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  8. Implement initiatives to improve customer experience, processes, culture, and talent development.

Qualifications - External

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or progress toward preferred.
  • 5-10 years of business experience in sales and/or operations, with at least 5 years in field leadership, preferably in the service industry or security, with prior P&L responsibility.
  • Experience in talent development, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and strategic execution.
