Job Description

Department Specific Duties: Managing the department responsible for ensuring compliance with all Claims activities, managing staff daily, overseeing training and development, handling escalation emails (internal and industry), HUD communications, interactions with mortgagees and servicers, daily and monthly reporting, volume forecasting, and providing managerial support for projects and executive management.

This position involves compiling and recording production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, material consumption, quality control, and other production aspects. Duties include compiling and recording data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and worker production sheets, calculating factors such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, scrap, defects, and production rates using computers, calculators, and spreadsheets. Additional tasks involve writing production reports, maintaining document files, preparing detailed production sheets, and creating work schedules based on established guidelines. The role also includes compiling material inventory records, preparing requisitions, charting production data, and sorting/distributing work tickets or materials. Wages may be computed from employee time cards and posted for payroll purposes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of office experience
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience
• 3+ years of direct MCM experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Data management skills
• Background or knowledge of FHA and HUD guidelines

Additional skills include excellent oral and written communication, superior organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite and specialized software, key data entry (10 key), and typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
