As a Groundskeeper, youll play a critical part in maintaining an ACC student housing community. In this role, you will maintain buildings and grounds, including common areas and amenities, to enhance and maintain the propertys curb appeal. At ACC, there are always opportunities to gain new certifications, and grow in your career whether it is by supporting nearby properties or on the job training. Job Responsibilities: Clean the interior and exterior of the property to standard. Property groundskeeping, including trash collection. Vacuuming, mopping and/or shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas; stocking bathrooms. Assist the service team with work orders, moving furniture, and unloading and storing supplies. Support the service team with apartment make-ready duties, including trash outs, cleaning, and painting. Assist in property turnover process.
