Description
Youth and Family Director
Oversees the overall management and operation of youth and family programs, including but not limited to Child Watch, Before & After School Care, and Summer Day Camp. This position has responsibility for budget development and control, recruitment and training of staff and volunteers, programming, equipment maintenance, quality checks, enforcing safety standards and other policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of program quality as well as member and participant retention rate. This is a Full-Time, Salaried Exempt position.

Requirements
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years successful experience in a supervisory position preferred. Physically and mentally able to respond to emergencies and administer CPR effectively. Must be certified in PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid. Ability to handle complaining or demanding individuals without internalizing or personalizing comments made. CPR for the professional must be current. Must be willing to obtain YMCA certifications.
