Observe and document electrical hazards immediately to management.Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.Notify management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems, i.e., broken toilet seats, dispensers, plumbing issues, etc.Snow removal at appli able federal contract site, to include removing snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spreading snow-melting chemicals.Request supplies and equipment used for daily cleaning.Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.Clean windows, glass, partitions, and mirrors, using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.Dilute concentrated chemicals in correct proportions according to manufacturers specifications for ready to use solutions.Shampoo carpets.Floor finish removal/application and polish floors.Emergency services, as needed, i.e., water extraction.Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, indu
