Production Manager

Position Summary:

DSJ Global is currently partnered with an industry leading aerospace manufacturing company. They are seeking a Production Manager to join their growing team in Oklahoma. The Production Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, coordination, and control of all production activities while working very closely with the Plant Director. A qualified candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and ensure a safe and ergonomically working environment within production in close collaboration with the EHS Manager.

Ensure that preventive and corrective actions are performed in an optimal manner in order to improve the quality of products.

Perform continuous improvement activities within production, using lean principles.

Manage and improve overall production budget.

Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, equipment and regulatory regulations within production.

Ensure stakeholders have the necessary skills to perform their job activities and coaches them to be successful.

Responsible for the customer contact with regards to On Time Delivery, rate reviews and recovery plans for production products.

Essential Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing

Management/Supervisor Experience leading a team

Experience with Lean Principles & CNC Machining Knowledge
